Mr. Nikoloz JAVSHANASHVILI is a founder/director of Energy Advisor Georgia and two youth organization YOSENREU and AYPEG. He is a member of Association of Energy Engineers of USA (AEE).

He holds PhD in power engineering, certificates of trainer and expert on energy auditing of buildings, resources efficiency and cleaner production, energy management. He passed qualification raising courses in Germany (TEA), Turkey (TIKA) and Japan (JICA).

He has 11 years of experience as an energy expert/consultant working on energy-related issues such as Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies, Greed Code for Renewables, Energy Audits, Energy Legislation, Energy labeling, GHG reduction. He has participated in dozens of international and local projects.

He is a national energy expert of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UINDO), also visiting professor at GTU and an author of publication of several scientific articles and the speeches for international conferences.

Among his professional activities it is worth to mention the participation in the development of  Georgian SEAP – Sustainable Energy Action Plan, NEAP – National Energy Action Plan, NREAP – National Renewable Energy Action Plan, EEAP – Energy Efficiency Action Plan, CAP – Climate Action Plan, LT-LEDS – Long-Term Low Emission Development Strategy.
