In 2021, energy audits of buildings were conducted in the villages of Akhmeta and Akhmeta Municipality (energy audits of 46 buildings):

9 houses in Akhmeta, 8 houses in Lower Alvani, 4 houses in Upper Alvani, 3 houses in Upper Khodasheni, 4 houses in Babaneuri, 5 villages in Matani, 2 houses in Jokolo, 2 houses in Dzibakhevi, 2 houses in Atskuri, 2 houses in Kistauri, and one house in Laliskuri, in Kutsakhta, Khador, Duisi and Ojio;
