Mr. Tengiz JISHKARIANI is a founder of the Energy and Environmental Law Consultancy Bureau – REGENLAW. He is a member of the Georgian Academy of Engineering and Association of Energy Engineers of USA (AEE). Also, he is distinguished energy professional recognized as a Legend in Energy by the AEE.

He holds degree of a Doctor of Technical Sciences, certificates of trainer and expert on energy auditing of buildings, resources efficiency and cleaner production and  energy management.

He has 50 years of experience as an energy expert/consultant working on energy-related issues such as Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energies, Energy Audits, GHG reduction, Thermal Energy Transformation, Energy Saving measures. He has participated in dozens of international and local projects.

He is a national energy expert of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UINDO) and professor at GTU. He is an author of publication of several scientific articles, monographs and textbooks related to energy and power engineering.

He took active part in in the development of Georgian SEAP – Sustainable Energy Action Plan, NEAP – National Energy Action Plan, NREAP – National Renewable Energy Action Plan, EEAP – Energy Efficiency Action Plan, CAP – Climate Action Plan.
